We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for student athletes to study a degree in either Sport and Exercise Therapy and Rehabilitation, Sport Coaching and Development or Strength and Conditioning Sports Performance at University Centre Bishop Burton (UCBB).

Our programmme is designed to provide a comprehensive pathway for those who aspire to pursue a career in both sports and academics. At SFS, we believe in quality over quantity. That’s why we only take in 20 student athletes per year to ensure a personalised experience and maximize game time. This also allows our coaches to work closely with each student athlete, providing individualised attention and support to help them reach their full potential on and off the field. 

One of the key highlights of our program is our high-level coaching and games programme in an u23 league. Our coaches are all highly qualified and experienced, with many of them having played at professional levels themselves. They use their expertise to provide top-notch training and development for our student athletes, preparing them to compete at a higher level. 

Our student athletes have the opportunity to play in front of professional scouts and have access to advanced facilities and equipment to enhance their performance. This provides them with a taste of what it’s like to play at a professional level, giving them an edge in their respective soccer careers. 

Apart from soccer, our programme also places a strong emphasis on education. We understand the importance of finding a balance between sports and academia, and that’s why we offer a range of degree options for our student athletes. By studying and playing at the same time, they can pursue their passion for soccer while setting themselves up for a successful future.
